Job Summary

Sr Invoicing Analyst. Location: Remote, India.

Responsibilities

- Own the invoicing process by interpreting sales contracts, verifying sales orders and invoices in NetSuite and Salesforce Billing, and delivering the invoices to the customers in a timely manner
- Process credit memos accurately and in a timely manner and maintain proper levels of approval and documentation
- Be the subject matter expert for customer record and sales transition details in NetSuite and Salesforce Billing
- Support and resolve invoicing-related inquiries and requests from external customers and internal cross-functional team members timely
- Support the accounting close process and revenue reporting requirements such as reconciling invoices, credit memos, and sales tax
- Partner with the upstream teams to understand the root cause of customer billing issues and propose scalable solutions




- Assist with audit requests and other ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

- 4+ years of relevant experience with Mid to Large Tier ERP systems
- Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance.
- Willing and ability to work Night Shift, coverage through 4:30pm PST (Which will be till 5 AM IST)
- Superior working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with NetSuite, SFDC, and Avalara is preferred
