2. Experience in breakdown troubleshooting & root cause analysis

3. basic understanding of TPS, Line Balancing, Takt Time & Single Piece Flow

4. basic Knowledge of MTTR, MTBF, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

5. basic knowledge of PFMEA, failure mode analysis & process improvement

6. Hands-on experience in assembly line maintenance & condition improvement

7. Ability to manage multiple production lines (high-volume setup)

8. Experience in closing customer complaints, ECNs & audit points

9. basic Knowledge of SAP (PM/MM) and basic computer applications?

10. Team handling and coordination skills

11. communication & problem-solving ability

12. Proactive mindset with learning attitude and quick grasping ability
