What you ll do

- Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
- Ensure the restaurant/bar area are H&S; compliant for each shift.
- Run the daily briefing for the restaurant & bar team.
- Coordinate and run the reservations system.
- Draft floor plan based on covers.
- Support with F&B; stock; ordering and stock counts.
- Support with training for the F&B; team.
- Labour scheduling.
- Cash handling and daily reporting of revenues as per hotel SOP s.
- Responsible for the service on the floor and bar.
- Responsible for the secure opening and closing of the restaurant.
- Work with the culinary team on menus, service and product availability. Qualifications
