We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic L1 Client Servicing. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in technology, along with 8+ years of prior experience.

What you will be doing:

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to be able to establish a rapport with people at all levels.
- Need to be flexible to travel for clients places.
- Experience working on ERP Modules, Engineering and Construction Modules is a plus.
- Like one who has knowledge on Supply chain management, Inventory Management, Warehouse management, Finance management, Retail and facilities modules, HRMS
- overall flow of the real estate
- Basic Knowledge of SQL (select, update, Backup, Restore, Profiler).
- Understanding of ticketing tool systems.
- Ability to work in teams independently.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise.
