Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Head / Senior General Manager - HR to lead the human resources function at Abhi Impact Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The candidate must bring strong domain expertise from the logistics/3PL/supply chain industry and be ready to travel across India as business requirements demand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and drive overall HR strategy, policies, and processes aligned with business goals
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate and warehouse/operations roles across pan-India locations
- Manage performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR budgeting
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives across sites
- Ensure statutory compliance, labour law adherence, and HR audits for logistics/warehouse operations
- Partner with business and operations leadership to build HR interventions supporting scale
- Lead training,



leadership development, and succession planning
- Handle industrial relations and grievance management across field/warehouse locations
- Build and mentor the HR team, ensuring consistent HR delivery across business units

Candidate Requirements:

- 10 - 12 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong stint in a leadership HR role
- Mandatory experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / 3PL industry
- Prior exposure to reputed logistics companies preferred (e.g., FM Logistics, Mahindra Logistics, TVS Logistics, or similar)
- Must be dynamic, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Must be flexible to work as per business/operational needs
- Must be ready to travel extensively across India
- Robust exposure to blue-collar/warehouse workforce management along with corporate HR
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
