Credit Monitoring role for Large Corporate / Wholesale banking
. Key responsibilities include portfolio monitoring, stress account identification, and covenant tracking.
Portfolio & Event Monitoring: Continuous tracking of large corporate portfolios and external events impacting borrower accounts.
Policy & Committee Management: Strict adherence to internal credit monitoring policies and conducting regular Credit Monitoring Committee meetings
Review & Restructuring: Annual review of accounts and handling the restructuring of stressed or high-risk corporate accounts
Vendor Coordination: Appointment and management of external vendors, including Lenders' Independent Engineers, legal counsel, and insurance consultants
Risk Analytics: Covenant monitoring, portfolio modeling, analysis, and generation of Management Information System (MIS) reports.
RequirementsEducation: CA ,Graduate, Post-Graduate, or MBA degree.
