Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and develop effective strategies for filling open positions.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the job description's qualifications.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of recent hires into the organization.
Job Requirements :
- Fresher are welcome !
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
