Role objective

To manage and optimize end-to-end cargo connections, logistics networks, and branch inventory while balancing cost efficiency, compliance, and seamless operational alignment with airline and vendor partners. :

Plan air connections strategically aligning with the branch operations and clients requirements.

Coordinate with airlines teams for flight schedules, load consolidation and documents requirements.

To have a explicit understanding of IATA guideline for different shipment categories.

Provide solutions for surface connections as and when required.

Coordinate with vehicle vendors for vehicle deployment based on need.

Have a clear understanding of connection costing and its impact.

Inventory

Management





Manage the inventory of consumables such as shipper boxes and temperature loggers.

Forecast, plan, and dispatch inventory every month based on the consumption and projections.

Identifying and deploying the consumable vendors for procuring the right products at right price.

Oversee the inventory availability across the branches and fulfilling as required.

Required

Qualifications

Any graduate with 4-8 years of relevant experience.

Any certifications related to Cold Chain operations will be an added advantage.
