Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate the end-to-end logistics operations of our e-commerce business.

This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless shipment movement from 1st mile (pickup) to last mile (delivery to end customer), optimizing delivery timelines, resolving logistics issues, and maintaining accurate documentation for all e-commerce shipments.

Key Responsibilities ? First Mile Operations:

- Coordinate with warehouse/store teams and pickup partners for timely pickups.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation before handover.
- Schedule pickups based on order SLAs and volume trends.

? Mid Mile Coordination

- Liaise with courier aggregators, line-haul partners, and warehouse teams.
- Track the movement of shipments between hubs or fulfillment centers.
- Monitor transit health and address any in-transit delays or damages.

? Last Mile Delivery

- Coordinate with last-mile delivery partners for on-time order delivery.
- Monitor delivery success rates, customer satisfaction, and escalations.
- Follow up on RTOs (Return to Origin) and take corrective action.

? Inventory & Order Coordination





- Update and reconcile shipment data on internal and external platforms.
- Manage daily dispatch reports, manifest generation, and invoicing.
- Work with order management teams to prioritize urgent shipments.

? Reporting & Analytics

- Maintain daily MIS of shipments, delays, exceptions, and delivery performance.
- Share weekly logistics performance reports with key stakeholders.
- ? Issue Resolution & Communication:
- Proactively resolve shipment issues – delays, damages, lost shipments.
- Act as the single point of contact between internal teams and logistics partners.
- Communicate with customer support on delivery updates and resolutions.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of 1st mile, mid-mile, and last-mile logistics.
- Proficient in using logistics dashboards, tracking portals, and Excel/MIS.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with logistics platforms like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Pickrr, etc.
- Familiarity with WMS, OMS, and e-commerce ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of reverse logistics and RTO processes.
