Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end client accounts for domestic and international logistics, ensuring timely execution of shipments and documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and internal ops to resolve delays, track consignments, and maintain SLA compliance.
- Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, and regulatory forms for export/import compliance.
- Proactively communicate shipment status, customs hold-ups, and cost implications to clients via email/phone/CRM.
- Upsell value-added services (insurance, warehousing, duties & taxes advisory) to increase client retention and revenue.




- Generate accurate billing, resolve invoice discrepancies, and liaise with finance for timely collections.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- Logistics documentation (AWB, BL, COO, E-Invoice)
- Customs clearance procedures (Indian & GCC countries)
- CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation)
- Freight forwarder coordination
- Client communication & conflict resolution

Preferred

- Experience with TMS or trade compliance platforms (e.g., Tradelink, EDI)
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms® 2020
- Exposure to air/ocean freight booking systems
