Your Imp act: The Localization Engineer will be responsible for managing end-to-end localization projects for product documentation, user interface strings, voice prompts, labels, and related release materials. This role will coordinate translation workflows, supplier communication, file pre- and post-processing, review and validation activities, terminology management, and project tracking to ensure timely delivery in compliance with quality and regulatory require ments.

Drive localization projects end to end by managing all phases of assigned translation pr ojects.This includes pre and post-processing of files using standard localization tools, supplier communications and conducting the final review p rocess.Write plans and reports that fit a defined structure based on Quality and Regulatory requir ements.Execute project according to schedule, track project status via calls and communication from suppliers to provide updates to the core team and monitor for any issues.Manage the review and validation processes of user documentation, user interface strings,



voice prompts and labels.Write reports based on existing templates to exhibit localization procedural requirements a re met.Resolve linguistic and technical queries from sup pliers.Contribute to internal team initiatives by delivering timely translations for all product r elease.Maintain administrative documentation for projects including PO’s and milestone tr acking.Manage a terminology da t abase.

You'll thrive in the role if: Bachelor’s degree from accredited u niversity.Minimum 4+ years of experience in localization, or equivalent project management or program management e xperience.Hands-on experience with localization tools and terminology management systems, particularly Passolo and QuickTerm.Knowledge of standard localization processes, and localization tools/application such as Passolo and QuickTerm.Familiarity with technical writing and DTP tools, preferably Adobe Frame Maker, Adobe Illustrator, and Mad

Cap Flare.Knowledge of content management systems preferred.Robust communication skills in written and spoke n English.Background in medical or regulated industry preferred.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.This is an office-based role.
