We are looking for an experienced Loan IQ Application Support Analyst with strong expertise in Finastra Loan IQ application support and production support environments.

Key Skills Required Finastra Loan IQ Application Support (Mandatory)

Incident & Problem Management

Major Incident Handling

MS SQL & Data Investigation/Reconciliation

Oracle Database Support

Batch & Interface Troubleshooting

Change Management & Release Validation

Debugging & Code Reading Skills

ServiceNow / ITIL (Good to Have)

Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end production support for Finastra Loan IQ.

Troubleshoot application, interface, batch, and performance issues.

Investigate data discrepancies and reconciliation issues using Oracle & MS SQL.

Handle critical incidents and participate in major incident resolution.





Support production deployments and validate application changes.

Debug application issues and implement fixes for minor defects.

Monitor batch processing, database health, and system stability.

Ensure compliance with audit requirements and operational SLAs.

What We're Looking For 6+ years of Application/Production Support experience

Hands-on experience supporting Finastra Loan IQ (Mandatory)

Robust SQL, Oracle, troubleshooting, and debugging skills

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
