Job Summary

The Load Man is responsible for loading, unloading, moving, and arranging materials, goods, or products safely and efficiently. The role supports warehouse, production, and logistics operations by ensuring that items are handled carefully, transported to the correct locations, and prepared for dispatch while following company safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Load and unload materials, products, and goods from trucks, containers, or storage areas.
- Transport materials to designated locations using manual handling equipment or other approved methods.
- Stack, arrange, and secure goods to prevent damage during storage or transportation.
- Assist in receiving and dispatching shipments.
- Verify the quantity of items being loaded and unloaded against delivery documents.
- Handle products carefully to minimize damage and loss.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of loading, unloading, and storage areas.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report damaged goods, shortages, or unsafe
