Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Linux Virtualization and Infrastructure Solution Architect. The role involves designing and implementing Linux-based virtualization architectures, including planning, sizing, and integration of compute, storage, and network components.

The Solution

Architect will evaluate existing infrastructure, define modernization roadmaps, and create technical designs, documentation, and standards for scalable and secure environments.

Responsibilities include collaborating with engineering and operations teams, guiding implementation, troubleshooting complex issues, and optimizing performance, reliability, and cost. The role also requires engaging with stakeholders to understand business requirements,



translating them into solutions, and providing technical leadership, best practices, and mentorship to technical teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Linux server administration, system hardening, performance tuning, and automation using tools such as Bash, Python, or Ansible.
- Candidates should possess expertise in virtualization platforms and container technologies, such as KVM, VMware, Xen, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Candidates should possess skills in infrastructure design and architecture, including compute, storage, networking, and high-availability and disaster recovery strategies.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure patterns, including experience with providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in monitoring, observability, and security, including use of tools for logging, metrics, alerting, and compliance controls.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into explicit, actionable plans.
- Relevant experience as a solution architect, infrastructure architect, or senior systems engineer in complex or mission-critical environments is strongly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience is preferred; professional certifications in Linux, cloud, or virtualization are a plus.
