5+ years IT industry experience and 3-5 years of relevant experience from specified domain, Sound Technical knowledge of Domain specified Positive communication Skills Should have flair of working on latest and greatest technologies and automate day-to-day tasks to reduce efforts.
Experience of working enterprise tools for monitoring, ticketing, security and systems management like HP OV, CMDB, Service Now, CyberArk, Satellite Patching, Altiris etc. Should comply with security standards. Open for rotating in 24x7 shifts for production environment support and going on call.
