Role & responsibilities:

- Develop lighting concepts tailored for comfort living homes, campuses, commercial buildings, and urban infrastructure.

- Create detailed lighting layouts, fixture schedules, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD and Dialux/Relux.

- Integrate CleHauss proprietary automation systems into lighting design schemes.

- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align lighting design with project goals.

- Prepare lighting simulations, energy optimization reports, and mood boards for presentations.

- Assist in the selection of fixtures, drivers, and control components based on efficiency, compatibility, and design intent.

- Conduct site visits for layout validation, mock-ups, installation coordination, and system commissioning.

- Ensure lighting designs meet safety standards, sustainability benchmarks, and project budgets.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field





- 25 years of experience in architectural or smart lighting design projects

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux/Relux, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)

- Knowledge of lighting control systems, sensors, dimming protocols, and energy-saving technologies

- Strong aesthetic sense, technical detailing, and understanding of automation workflows

- Valuable communication and client presentation skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging lighting and smart technologies

- Experience with IoT-based lighting systems and wireless protocols Conduct site visits, participate in events, and generate qualified lead.

- Familiarity with LEED/IGBC/ECBC guidelines

- Previous work on hospitality, landscape, or large-scale smart campus projects
