Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Kochi.

The Clinical

Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, administer and interpret standardized tests, and provide individual and group counseling to clients with diverse mental health needs.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support integrated patient care. The role also involves providing clinical supervision or guidance to junior staff where appropriate,



contributing to mental health programs, and participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives. The psychologist will support Stemz Healthcare’s commitment to high standards of care, ethical practice, and patient-centered services.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-based theories and interventions in clinical settings.

Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments.

Demonstrated experience in Mental Health care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of a wide range of psychological conditions.

Experience in Clinical Supervision, mentoring, or guiding other mental health professionals or trainees.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or eligibility for licensure, in accordance with local regulatory requirements.

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and culturally diverse setting.

Strong ethical standards, respect for confidentiality, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive care.

Ability to manage caseloads, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed clinical records with attention to accuracy and compliance.

Previous experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare settings is an advantage.
