Role Description This Legal Internship is offered in a remote/ online setup. The intern will assist in researching legal issues, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and preparing case notes and summaries.

Daily responsibilities include supporting our team in case summaries, organizing case files and helping with compliance-related documentation. The role may also involve attending virtual or telephonic meetings or proceedings as observers, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to internal knowledge resources. Interns are expected to manage assigned tasks independently and meet confidentiality and task deadlines.





The minimum duration of the internship is 4 weeks and the tenure is between August 1, 2026 to 31 December, 2026. Exceptional interns will also be awarded stipend and a letter of recommendation.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Law and ability to understand and analyze Legal Issues.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, notices, and other legal documents.
- Robust Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present legal information clearly and professionally.
- Currently pursuing (minimum 2nd year) or recently completed a law degree from a recognized institution.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment with a time commitment of atleast 15 hours a week.
- Basic proficiency with legal research tools and ethical legal drafting through LLMs.
