Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented legal intern to join our legal team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal operations, contract management, compliance, and legal research while working closely with experienced legal professionals.

Roles & Responsibilitie

- sAssist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- .Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and industry practices
- .Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and records in the legal database
- .Support the team in tracking contract renewals and legal documentation
- .Assist in preparing legal notices, correspondence, and internal documentation

- .Help monitor legal compliance requirements and maintain compliance records
- .Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required information and documents
- .Provide administrative support for ongoing legal matters and corporate governance activities





- .Assist in intellectual property documentation and record maintenance, where required
- .Perform other legal and administrative tasks assigned by the legal team
