Application Process Legal Internship Opportunity | Atarya Partners | New Delhi About The Internship Atarya Partners is inviting applications for Legal Internships with immediate joining for the months of July, August, and September 2026. This is a full-time, office-based internship at the firm's Greater Kailash-II, New Delhi office. The firm is also offering long-term internship opportunities for suitable candidates.
The internship provides hands-on exposure to litigation, allowing interns to work closely with the firm's lawyers on live matters involving legal research, drafting, case preparation, and court proceedings.
Eligibility Applicants Must Be
Students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme, or
Final-year students of a 3-year LL.B. programme. Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.

Court Proceedings What You'll Gain During the internship, selected candidates will: Conduct legal research.
Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
Assist in case preparation and strategy discussions.
Attend and assist during court proceedings.
Undertake regular court visits.
Gain practical exposure to day-to-day litigation practice while working closely with experienced lawyers on live matters.

Immediate joining.
Available for July, August, and September 2026.
