At Unacademy, you'll go beyond legal research and paperwork-you'll work on real business challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on exposure to the legal side of a rapid-growing startup.

What You'll Do

1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and NDAs.
2. Conduct legal research and assist with regulatory and compliance matters.
3. Support intellectual property initiatives, including trademarks and copyrights.
4. Assist the Legal team with day-to-day corporate legal matters and documentation.
5. Work closely with business stakeholders to help solve legal and commercial challenges.

Who We're Looking For

1. Law students or recent graduates (LLB / BA LLB or equivalent).
2. Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
3. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
4.



A basic understanding of Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Intellectual Property is preferred.
5. Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
