Role Description The Legal Executive – Sr role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts related to property development and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include providing legal advice to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with property laws and regulations, and overseeing conveyancing and title verification processes.

The Legal

Executive – Sr will coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and internal teams to support approvals, registrations,



and dispute resolution. The role also requires maintaining accurate legal records, monitoring regulatory changes, and proactively mitigating legal risks in ongoing and upcoming projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Law and Property Law relevant to real estate and infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess skills in Legal Document Preparation and Conveyancing, including drafting, vetting, and execution of property-related documents.
- Candidates should possess experience in providing Legal Advice to internal teams on compliance, contracts, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of local real estate regulations, land acquisition processes, and registration procedures in Telangana.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a master’s degree (LLM) or specialization in property/real estate law is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates should possess 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate, infrastructure, or related sectors.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple matters under tight timelines.
