Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including:

- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

- Statements of Work (SOWs)

- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

- Software License Agreements

- SaaS Agreements and Vendor Contracts

- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and internal policies.

- Provide legal support for business transactions, client engagements, and cross-functional operations.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Delivery, Compliance) to manage contractual risks and close deals efficiently.

- Assist in contract lifecycle management and maintaining the legal contract repository.

- Support due diligence, legal research, and regulatory compliance initiatives relevant to the IT/Tech sector.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)



from a recognized institution.

- Minimum of 4 year to 6 year post-qualification experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, preferably supporting IT/Technology clients.

- Solid understanding of commercial laws, data privacy regulations, and IP-related issues in contracts.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to international contracting (India/US/UAE jurisdictions).

- Familiarity with tools like Zoho Contracts or other CLM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Proactive, solution-oriented, and team player.
