About the Role

We are looking for a strategic Learning & Talent Development Specialist to build, scale, and deliver high-impact training programs across the organization. This role focuses on enhancing organizational capability through comprehensive soft skills workshops and impactful leadership development initiatives designed for mid-level and emerging leaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and facilitate end-to-end learning journeys covering soft skills, communication, management, and executive leadership development.

- Conduct organizational training needs analyses (TNA) in alignment with business objectives and growth targets.

- Establish metrics and framework to evaluate training effectiveness (ROI and behavioral impact).

- Partner with department heads and HR leadership to build internal talent pipelines and succession planning initiatives.





- Manage vendors, external trainers, and learning management tools where required.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 5 to 8 years of dedicated experience in talent development, instructional design, and facilitation.

- Background: Strong track record within a rapid-scaling startup or Indian unicorn ecosystem.

- Core Expertise: Proven expertise in facilitating both foundational soft skills and high-level leadership development programs.

- Facilitation: Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Notice Period: Must be able to join within 30 days.
