? Hiring: Learning Operations Specialist

? Location: Bangalore (Work from Office – 5 Days)

? Shift: Flexible (Ideally 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST/HKT, based on business needs)

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide operational and administrative support for Technology Talent programs across Asia.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and regional events, including logistics and participant communication.
- Manage planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, approvals, documentation, invoices, and vendor-related activities.
- Partner with cross-functional Technology teams to ensure smooth program execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes.
- Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to support daily operations and productivity.

Required Skills:

- 6–9 years of experience in Training Operations, Learning Operations, Program Coordination, or Administrative roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, HR, Operations, or a related field.




- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or similar collaboration tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- Willingness to support regional activities outside regular working hours when required.

- Highly responsive, dependable, and service-oriented.
- Comfortable handling operational, administrative, and coordination responsibilities.
- Experience working with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) is an added advantage.
