Job Overview

Atlantiz Casino is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Executive / Hospitality Trainer to lead employee training initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the hospitality industry and experience delivering training on grooming standards, communication skills, customer service, and workplace etiquette.

Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and refresher training programs.

- Deliver training on:

- Grooming standards

- Skilled communication

- Customer service excellence

- Body language

- Guest handling

- Workplace etiquette

- Telephone etiquette

- Identify training needs across departments.

- Develop training materials and presentations.

- Evaluate employee performance after training.

- Maintain training records and reports.

- Work closely with department heads to improve service quality.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Human Resources, or a related field.





- Preferred 0-1 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training.

- Mandatory experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, luxury hospitality, or casino).

- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

- Strong knowledge of hospitality grooming and service standards.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience conducting classroom and on-the-job training.

- Hospitality training certification is an advantage.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for developing people and enhancing guest service standards.
