Learning & Development Consultant (Curriculum Design & Training)

Employment Type: Part-Time / Contractual

Location: Hyderabad (Remote/Hybrid)

Experience: 4–6 Years

Expected Commitment: 18-24 hours per week

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Reports To: Founder / Director

Brookinton Solutions is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Consultant for a part time/contractual role to design and deliver Job Ready Programmes for students and fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities

- Design industry-relevant curriculum and learning materials.
- Develop session plans,



assessments, and training activities.
- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training programmes.
- Conduct workshops on employability skills, communication, interview preparation, resume writing, workplace etiquette, and career readiness.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide individual feedback.
- Continuously enhance programme quality based on industry requirements.

Requirements

- Master's degree in HR, Management, English, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Curriculum Development, or Instructional Design.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience training college students, fresh graduates, or corporate professionals is preferred.
