We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Learning & Development (L&D;) Trainer with experience in the Fashion Retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance sales performance, customer service, product knowledge, operational excellence, and leadership capabilities across retail stores.

The role requires extensive travel to stores and close coordination with Store Operations, HR, and Business teams to build a high-performing retail workforce.

Role & responsibilities

- Conduct induction and onboarding programs.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-floor training.
- Train store teams on customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, SOPs, billing,



and visual merchandising.
- Conduct refresher programs and product launch training.
- Assess training needs and create development plans.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning content.
- Coach store teams through regular store visits.
- Measure training effectiveness using assessments and performance metrics.
- Travel regularly to stores.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 to 6 years of experience in fashion/apparel/lifestyle retail training.
- Strong presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Positive understanding of retail operations and customer service.
- Willing to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
