Role Overview As a Learner Success and Operations Specialist, you will drive the end-to-end post-admission journey for mid-to-senior working professionals. This hybrid role combines empathetic student support with crisp operational management. You will be the primary point of contact ensuring high engagement, smooth weekend/live class logistics, timely project submissions, and robust completion rates across our advanced tech cohorts.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Learner

Onboarding & Success Management Execute seamless onboarding for newly enrolled professionals, getting them set up on our Learning Management System (LMS) and community Slack/WhatsApp channels.

Conduct regular feedback loops via scheduled check-in calls to proactively track learner satisfaction and document actionable programmatic insights. Act as the first-level support anchor, swiftly resolving student inquiries related to course schedules, LMS accessibility, billing, or program policy. Identify lagging learners early using data analytics, initiating personalized outreach to motivate them and lower drop-out/attrition rates.

- Program & Academic Operations Coordinate live learning schedules, aligning industry-expert mentors and technical trainers for weekly online masterclasses and doubt-solving sessions. Manage backend LMS operations, ensuring live class recordings, Python notebooks, datasets,



and curriculum materials are accurately structured and updated. Oversee assignment workflows, tracking the submission timelines for data models, capstones, and industry case studies. Generate data-driven reports detailing cohort attendance, milestone completion rates, and instructor feedback scores for the leadership team. 3.

Interview

Prep & Outcome Logistics Facilitate professional CV restructuring and mock-interview scheduling by pairing eligible learners with designated Data Science hiring managers.

Track placement milestones, assisting the outcomes team in collecting job transition records, package increments, and alumni reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Learner Success, Academic Operations, or Customer Success within an EdTech ecosystem (preferably tech upskilling).

Domain Context: A basic understanding of or deep interest in Python, Machine Learning, and Generative AI frameworks. You must feel comfortable talking intelligently to professionals who study these subjects.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to interact confidently with corporate clients and senior working professionals.

Tech Savviness: Hands-on experience navigating modern LMS tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and internal communication tools like Slack and Google Meet.

Traits: Solid problem-solving mindset, high empathy, process-oriented, and capable of managing multi-cohort schedules under minimal supervision.

Gross

Annual CTC ₹3 Lakhs to ₹5 Lakhs per annum (LPA) depending on prior EdTech operations or any other operations experience.
