IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa) India LIXIL INDIA PVT LTD Employee Assignment Not remote Full Time 1 August 2026 This is a 4 Days in Office + 1 Day Work From Home Job Title Leader - Accounting & Treasury Reports to India Finance Leader Primary Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Team Management Mentor & Scale: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and qualified growth.

Strategic Alignment: Partner with the CFO/Finance Leader to align accounting strategies with broader corporate financial goals.

Financial Reporting & Operations The Close Process: Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Operations Oversight: Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, general ledger, and fixed assets.

Treasury & Cash Flow: Monitor cash flow forecasting, working capital, and treasury management to optimize corporate liquidity.





BSAR review on regular interval with FSSC team to improve quality of records.

Handling day to day interaction with FSSC and Genpact BPS Team Compliance, Controls & Tax Internal Controls: Design, implement, and maintain robust internal controls (SOX compliance where applicable) to safeguard company assets and mitigate risk.

Audit Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, ensuring smooth annual audits and tax filings.

Tax Compliance: Oversee local and international tax compliance and reporting requirements.

Process

Automation & Systems Lead the evaluation, implementation, and upgrading of accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, S4 Hana) to drive automation and efficiency.

Qualifications And Work/ Educational Background Qualified Accountant CA with experience of 8-10 Yrs. Exposure of working or dealing with Top 4 Accounting Firm will be added advantage.
