India delivery center is one of our global delivery and capability hub. We bring together experts in AI, engineering, analysis, quality, and architecture to deliver product & process solutions, application run services, change and transformation initiatives, and centralized platform services across both on prem and Guidewire Cloud environments. Our teams operate from multiple global delivery centers, supporting Zurich’s business units worldwide.

As an Internal Controls Testing Specialist , you will provide an independent and objective assessment of the design and operating effectiveness of the control setting, in accordance with the Zurich Internal Controls Integrated Framework (ICIF) Policy. You will actively participate in the development of the internal controls environment throughout the company by ensuring compliance with the Zurich methodology and guidelines.

You will be using the team’s Agentic AI solution to support you with your testing and will be expected to contribute to the ongoing development of this solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Controls Testing:

- Planning and executing internal controls testing activities for assigned Reporting Units (RU).




- Supporting Senior Specialists and/or Testing Partners in analyzing financial reporting risks and/or IT risks for completeness and appropriateness.
- Testing sensitive controls involving highly confidential evidence.

Business Partnership:

- Actively participate in the development of the internal controls environment throughout the company by ensuring compliance with Zurich methodology and guidelines.
- Collaboration with Internal Controls (“IC”) Managers and Control Owners, addressing any concerns and questions in an engaging and timely manner.
- Experience of working within a multi-location team across the world, with customers that are also geographically dispersed.

Task Management & Quality Assurance:

- Complete deliverables in a timely and accurate manner, as assigned by the Testing Partner.
- Ensuring that all deliverables are produced to a high level of quality and all necessary deliverable reviews have taken place.

ZICTT Transformation:

- Support the development of the ZICTT through involvement in ad-hoc transformations tasks and projects.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the ZICTT Agentic AI solution, participating in development projects as part of the enhancement roadmap.

Standards, Reuse & Continuous Improvement:

- Ensure compliance with Zurich ICIF methodology, policies and guidelines.
- Identify and propose team efficiency improvements and further opportunities to utilize AI within the ZICTT working environment.

- Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 1+ years postgraduate experience in internal controls, compliance or audit.
- English level C1.
- Knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes, Information Security, IT Audit/IT Governance, Risk & Compliance is desired.
- Previous experience dealing with global/regional audit or internal controls engagements, preferably within a SOX environment.
- Knowledge of organization and control environments, audit risk assessment, internal and external audit standards.
- Experience working across multi BU or shared service delivery models
- AI Experience
- The ZICTT relies on agentic AI solutions to support the testing process and lifecycle. Therefore, experience of working with AI tools is required in both business value and day-to-day operations.
- Desirable Experience
- Fluency in other languages (particularly within APAC region).
- CIA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or willingness to pursue.
- Security certifications such as Security+, SSCP, CSX, CISSP, CRISC, CISA or CISM or willingness to pursue.
- Success Indicators
- Testing performed to a consistently high level of quality, with minimal rework.
- Work delivered in line with agreed schedules.
- Clear alignment between business needs and delivered testing outcomes.
