About the role

We are looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for technology roles across India. This is a remote, full-time chance for an experienced recruiter who can combine hands-on sourcing with strong stakeholder partnership and hiring strategy.

What you’ll do

- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and market mapping through offer closure and onboarding handoff.
- Partner with business and engineering leaders to define role requirements, hiring plans, interview processes, and candidate profiles.
- Source and engage high-quality talent across software engineering, cloud, data, AI, product, cybersecurity, and related technical domains.
- Build diverse talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, communities, and other sourcing channels.
- Lead candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and a high-quality candidate experience.
- Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve speed, quality, conversion, and hiring outcomes.
- Advise stakeholders on talent-market trends, compensation expectations,



and practical hiring strategies.
- Mentor recruiters and share scalable sourcing and delivery practices across the team.

What we’re looking for

- 8–10 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in India.
- Strong track record hiring mid-level, senior, and leadership talent across multiple technology functions.
- Deep expertise in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer closure.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, and recruiting analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple priority roles in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative, data-informed approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.
