Full Stack Lead / Architect – Golang + React / Next.js ? Location: PAN India

? Experience: 8+ Years We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead / Architect with solid hands-on expertise in Golang and React.js or Next.js to lead the architecture, design, and development of large-scale cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation of full-stack applications
- Design and develop scalable microservices-based platforms using Golang
- Define and govern frontend architecture using React.js or Next.js
- Establish API design standards, integration patterns, and system interactions
- Lead architecture reviews and key technical decisions
- Drive Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices
- Ensure system scalability, security, resilience, performance, and observability




- Mentor engineering teams and drive delivery across multiple squads
- Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering stakeholders Mandatory Skills:
- 8+ years of overall software development experience
- 6+ years of strong hands-on Golang development experience
- 2–3+ years of hands-on React.js or Next.js experience
- Strong experience in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, scalability, and fault tolerance
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proven Lead or Architect-level experience in delivering enterprise-scale applications

Candidates must be currently hands-on with both Golang and React.js or Next.js.
