We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor and HR Recruiter to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in recruitment or staffing.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Post jobs on portals like Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, etc., and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and conduct telephonic, online, and face-to-face interviews.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports, draft offer letters, and assist with joining formalities.
- Support HR in induction, employee engagement, and documentation while ensuring compliance with company HR policies and legal requirements.
- Supervise daily shop floor activities and manage manpower allocation, monitor production processes for efficiency and quality standards, and provide guidance and training to workers.




- Ensure compliance with safety, discipline, and company rules, track attendance, shift management, and resource utilization, coordinate with other departments for smooth operations, and prepare daily/weekly production and performance reports.
- Work towards minimizing downtime and improving efficiency.

Job Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and job portals, and valuable negotiation and convincing ability.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, strong leadership and team management abilities, and basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word).
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: 3-6 years in HR/Recruitment,
