Key Responsibilities

1. Site Acquisition & Lead Generation

- Proactively identify and map target buildings: Offices, malls, hospitals, hotels, government buildings, metro stations, airports, residential redevelopment projects.

- Build and manage relationships with builders, facility managers, hospital admins, and property heads.

- Generate fresh leads beyond existing pipeline. New LOIs/MoUs per quarter.

- Validate building footprint, tenant demand, etc

2. Approvals & Liaison

- Secure all necessary permissions: NOC/LOI from builder/society.

3. End-to-End Deployment Coordination

- Single point of contact from LOI to Go-Live.

- Ensure post-deployment documentation for agreement closure.

4. Documentation & Finance Process

- Prepare and submit documents for LC & VC.

5. Cross-Sell & Portfolio Growth





- Identify opportunities to bundle FTTH, IBS+ OD.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 to 4 years in telecom infrastructure, DAS/IBS, towerco, or real estate site acquisition.

- Proven track record of signing building owners, societies, or government entities for infra projects.

- Strong understanding of IBS, DAS, small cells, and Mumbai RoW/approval landscape.

- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Proactive hunter mindset: comfortable cold calling, field visits, and building net-new pipeline.

Positive to Have

- Knowledge of FTTH deployment and fiber backhaul major plus.
