Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced analytical skilled to join our team as a Strategy Analyst. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to develop and implement business strategies that drive financial results. You will work independently and collaboratively, utilizing your strong communication and organizational skills to influence stakeholders and deliver impactful insights.

Responsibilities:

- Work independently as a self-starter, demonstrating initiative and ownership of projects.
- Utilize strong communication skills, both oral and written, to convey complex data insights effectively.
- Exhibit high attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and clarity in documentation and reporting.
- Analyze large datasets using SAS and SQL to derive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop, validate, implement, and document credit risk and marketing business strategies and models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and expand relationships across the organization.
- Utilize project management skills to ensure timely delivery of analytical solutions that meet business needs.




- Influence stakeholders to drive results through effective communication and presentation of data-driven narratives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in analytics and strategy development.

Mandatory Skills:

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAS and SQL.
- Proven analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Tableau.
- Proven track record of building and deploying analytical solutions that have resulted in material financial outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering from a premier institute; a Masters degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in strategy development.
- Strong preference for experience in financial services, particularly in strategy development and design.
