- PO / Invoice Tracker management
- Vendor Payment Tracker
- SOW / MSA Sign-off Tracker (New & Renewals)
- Project Demand Tracker
- Approval tracking and follow-ups
- BRD tracking and sign-off
- PPT creation and MIS preparation
- Project Code / Demand creation in SNOW
- End-to-end Supply Chain / Logistics / O2C operations
- SLA, TAT & KPI management
- Customer/Internal stakeholder coordination
- Operational reporting, dashboards, and process improvements
- Order processing, invoicing, AR tracking, and vendor coordination

Preferred Experience:





- Business Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics / Sales Operations (O2C)
- Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills (Power BI is an advantage)
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
