Role & responsibilities

Junior (0-2yrs of Experience)

- Support pipe stress and mechanical calculations
- Model piping systems using ROHR2 and/or CAESAR II
- Perform basic flexibility analyses in accordance with EN 13480
- Prepare technical documentation and calculation reports
- Contribute to multidisciplinary project teams
- 0-2 years of relevant Experience.

Engineer (3+yrs of Experience)

- Independently perform pipe stress analyses using ROHR2 and/or CAESAR II
- Prepare mechanical design calculations in accordance with AD2000, EN 13445 and EN 13480
- Perform calculations for pressure vessels, equipment, and piping components
- Conduct flange strength and leakage assessments
- Prepare and interpret technical calculation reports

Senior Engineer (8+yrs of Experience)





- Independently manage calculation and analysis projects
- Perform complex static and agile pipe stress analyses
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to calculation engineers
- Carry out advanced FEM analyses and mechanical integrity assessments
- Develop engineering solutions and optimization concepts
- Interface directly with clients and multidisciplinary project teams
- Experience working across disciplines such as Piping, Process, Civil and Structural Engineering
- Extensive experience with ROHR2, CAESAR II, NozzlePro, FE/Pipe and FEM software tools
