Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to accurately manage, update, and maintain business-critical data. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in US business hours and possess strong data management, communication, and MS Office skills. Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, verify, and maintain data in internal systems and databases.
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Process large volumes of information with high attention to detail.
- Generate reports and perform basic data analysis using Excel.
- Coordinate with US-based teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Required Skills

- 3-5 years of experience in Data Entry, Data Processing, Back Office Operations, or similar roles.




- Solid proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation preferred).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during US shift hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or database management systems.
- Exposure to US clients or US business processes.
- Graduate in any discipline.

Shift Requirement

- Must be willing to work full-time US shifts from India.
