Role & Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end post-handover service for smart home and building automation clients across Chennai, Pondicherry, and Kancheepuram. Diagnose and resolve system faults independently on-site. Conduct scheduled Preventive Maintenance & Calibration (PMC) visits. Direct field technician (Shakeel) on all on-site execution tasks. Maintain per-client site documentation visit reports, issues log, parts consumed. Manage spare parts inventory and raise replenishment requests. Pitch and convert post-warranty clients to Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Escalate to CTO only after exhausting independent diagnosis. Submit weekly service report to CEO.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of in office field experience in smart home automation, security systems, networking, HVAC, or electrical domains. Hands-on with Home Assistant, Zigbee, Z-Wave, Matter/Thread.



Experience with CCTV, VDP, and intrusion alarm systems. Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, VLAN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting). KNX/ETS experience is an advantage. Tamil-speaking mandatory. Must be capable of independently diagnosing unknown faults and facing clients without supervision. Documentation discipline is non-negotiable.
