1. Sourcing & attracting talent

- Develop and implement a strategic plan for identifying target universities and programs.
- Build relationships with key university TPOs and placement team.
- Attend relevant career fairs and presentations.
- Develop and manage attractive entry level job postings.
- Utilize search engines, LinkedIn and other online platform to reach placement teams.
- Collaborate with skill development academies for potential resources.

2. Candidate evaluation, selection, on boarding & way ahead

- Collaborate with hiring managers to setup interview and collecting evaluation feedback.
- Present details to respective BHR for offer release.
- Monitor & follow up on offer process to ensure TAT.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- On-board current hires effectively and ensure positive first impressions.




- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

3. Employer branding and relationship building

- Maintain positive relationships with university partners.
- Organize company visits to potential colleges and universities for campus placements.
- Utilize alumni networks for outreach and candidate referrals.

4. Reporting & Analysis

- Track and analyse key campus recruitment metrics.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on campus recruitment effectiveness.
- Regularly update and maintain various MIS trackers.
- Exit interviews for campus hires.
