Role: Security & Access Control Associate

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR, biometric devices, and access control systems.
- Understanding of basic networking and hardware troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong observation, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, teamwork, and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor CCTV cameras and access control systems across all locations.
- Identify and report unauthorized access, suspicious activities, and security incidents.
- Perform routine health checks of CCTV, DVR/NVR, and access control devices.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and coordinate with IT/vendors for issue resolution.
- Retrieve CCTV footage and maintain security logs, incident reports, and daily monitoring reports.




- Monitor warehouse operations, including inventory movement and loading/unloading activities.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and maintain confidentiality of surveillance data.
- Support security audits and perform other responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager.
