Role & responsibilities
Represent the dealership on the telephone and by personally welcoming all visitors as the first point of contact.
Promptly greet and assist all visitors entering the dealership.
Maintain a friendly, courteous, and skilled approach while interacting with customers and visitors.
Attend to customers waiting in the showroom and ensure their comfort.
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming telephone calls using proper telephone etiquette.
Arrange call-backs for employees who are temporarily unavailable.
Ensure customer concerns or complaints are directed promptly to the appropriate department.
Record and maintain details of all walk-in and telephone enquiries.
