Role Location :

Kota, Bhiwadi,Bikaner, Ajmer

Key Responsibilities :

- Acquire new customers for CASA, Current Account, Savings Account & Banking Products
- Source and mobilize liability business through field sales and referrals
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure service satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate leads through corporate visits, market activation & networking
- Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory guidelines





Eligibility Criteria :

- Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Finance preferred)
- Experience:
- 02 years for Executive roles
- 02+ years for Senior / Managerial roles

- Experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services / CASA sales preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with strong customer focus
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Age Range Up to 30 years
