Role & responsibilities

- Promote PMBJK generic medicines to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
- Generate prescriptions and increase awareness of affordable quality generic medicines.
- Achieve monthly sales and prescription generation targets.
- Conduct regular doctor visits as per the approved tour plan.
- Coordinate with PMBJK stores to ensure product availability and customer support.
- Organize doctor meetings, awareness programs, and health camps.
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) and other sales reports on time.




- Ensure ethical promotion practices and compliance with organizational guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building ability.
- Must be interested in extensive field work and willing to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
- Ready to travel as per business requirements and work in a field-based sales role.
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and generic medicines will be an added advantage.
