Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely invoices for clients based on project milestones, deliverables, and agreed-upon pricing.
- Process incoming payments from clients through bank transfers, cheques, or credit card transactions.
- Maintain a record of all financial transactions, including billing records, payment receipts, and client statements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing.
