The Retail Jeweller is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant & Key Account Manager - Media Sales & Events to work directly with the Co-Founders and play a key role in shaping the future of India s leading B2B media and events company for the gems & jewellery industry.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to strategic leadership, key account management, media sales, business development, conferences, exhibitions, and sponsorships while building relationships with some of the biggest names in the jewellery industry.

What you ll do:
Work directly with the Co-Founders on strategic initiatives and business priorities.
Manage relationships with key advertising clients, event sponsors, and industry leaders.
Drive media sales across print, digital, conferences, exhibitions, and awards.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, pitch-decks, and client pitches.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company s growth.
Leverage AI tools for analytics, MIS reporting, content research, presentations, and business writing support.

Who we re looking for:
MBA/PGDBM (or equivalent)
3-7 years of experience in Executive Assistance,



Key Account Management, Media Sales, Events, or Business Development
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
Strong working knowledge of AI tools for analytics, presentations, pitch-decks, MIS, content research, and writing.
