Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive who will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, introducing them to our latest collections, and converting customer interactions into store visits and sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer interaction, and the ability to build strong relationships over calls and messages.

Key Responsibilities

- Call potential and existing customers to introduce The Man Project and our premium menswear collections.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products based on their needs.
- Inform customers about new arrivals, latest collections, seasonal launches, offers, and exclusive updates.
- Explain product details, services, and customization options to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and encourage them to visit the store or book appointments.
- Maintain regular communication with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain customer databases and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales and store team for smooth customer handling.




- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales conversion goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or customer relationship roles.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Confident personality with a customer-first approach.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining records.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of sales follow-ups and lead conversion.
