JOB TITLE : Mentor - Verbal

Hiring Locations : Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune & Bangalore

About the Role

The Mentor Verbal is responsible for delivering high-quality classroom training for Verbal Ability and English, mentoring students, and helping them achieve their target scores in competitive entrance examinations such as CAT, GMAT,GRE,IPMAT, SAT, CLAT, CUET, and other aptitude tests.

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Delivery

- Deliver engaging classroom sessions in Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, Grammar, and Critical Reasoning.




- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the curriculum.
- Complete assigned syllabus within the stipulated timelines.

Student Mentoring

- Conduct one-on-one mentoring and doubt-solving sessions.
- Track student progress and provide personalized feedback.
- Guide students on preparation strategies and test-taking techniques.

Academic Responsibilities

- Develop practice questions, assignments, and mock tests.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with exam patterns, admission timelines, and curriculum changes. Collaboration
- Work closely with Academic Support and Centre teams.
- Participate in faculty training and content development initiatives.

Qualifications

- BA / MA (English Literature)
- B.Ed. / M.Ed. (Preferred)

Experience

- Minimum 2- 5 years of teaching or mentoring experience.
- Experience in coaching for CAT, GMAT,GRE,IPMAT, SAT, CLAT, CUET, or similar examinations is preferred.
