Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-grade cloud applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, drive technical solution design, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications using Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies.
- Drive technical solution design and implementation for assigned initiatives. Where required, define the solution design and architecture for application enhancements while ensuring scalability, security, maintainability, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native applications and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements effectively.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support when required.
- Ensure adherence to secure coding practices, performance optimization, and application reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting modern engineering practices, automation, and DevOps methodologies.
- Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, release planning, and technical risk assessment.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
